Horrible car and service.
I'm resending this review only because instead of taking my statement as a complaint against the dealership and Hyundai's treatment of me the dealership took it out on the only employee that tried to help me and showed genuine concern for my issues. Kristina should be commended on her dedication to the customers and not berated for what the dealership as a whole has done. My car is still not fixed and is still very unsafe to drive, so unsafe that I felt compelled to trade it in for what I feel is an extremely safe Subaru. I will never do business with Ken Garff or Hyundai again nor will I ever recommend or say anything complimentary about them.

Horrible service very unhappy
Very unhappy went for a simple oil change and take the car home now it’s leaking and smoking and can’t be driven. Sent a worker to my house who they said did my oil change and he wasn’t even the one who did it. Very unorganized and with that i am out of work because my vehicle is no longer drivable

Terrible service department
They fixed my tires but allowed me to drive off the lot with a horrible alignment that they didn’t tell me needed to be completed. It was bad enough that my traction control would turn on and force my tail end of my car to swerve

Took too long for service
See above comments. Over book and then you have to wait extremely long for an oil change. Customers time is important. If you are running behind and know it because of issue a couple weeks ago, don't book appointments and make customers wait while you catch up. Tell them we are backed up and need to schedule a week or so out. (Do think the appointment was made through an off-site center.). Otherwise this center is very good,

Dissatisfied with the new dealer
As I stated throughout this lengthy survey, there have been multiple problems with warranty coverage, sales department standing me up for a visit, difficulty scheduling service, and on and on. The sad part is that when this was an Earnhardt dealership service was outstanding and was the primary reason I returned to buy a second Tucson Hyundai.

Having an appointment doesn’t seem to matter
While I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, the sales staff were wonderful!!. I would not recommend the use of the service department as my experience has been unacceptable. Both times using the facility I had appointments for 7 AM which is when they first open, only to be left waiting for extended periods of time, and part of the work not being completed in a professional complete manner. After the initial time I did let the department now and was followed up with a phone call. After which they had assured me they would be in contact to try and make it right, in which they never did follow up. Even after several calls and messages left, the issue was not resolved.

Its a known top car dealership
The service department did a good job on my air conditioning unite, all where polite and kept me informed of the matter. As far as getting my extended warranty book or paper work to explain what I paid extra for, I have yet to get any proof. I’ve asked for more than once.

When I got to the dealership the service advisor reported that the call center failed to schedule the warranty item correctly with appointment drop off time. I now need to reschedule and fine another ride at a later date.

Have requested several times in past lube and oil services that maintenance interval be set at 7500 miles per Hydundai recommendation. It was set at 4000 miles this time
