I would not recommend getting your car serviced here if you did not purchase the vehicle from Wesley Chapel Hyundai.

Your service representative that schedules appointments should know that you do not do body repair/painting/buffing if you do not do those things. She wasted my day off and had me come to the dealership on a Saturday for nothing. They sent me to Mazda's body shop, which was closed!

My recent experience
Waited 8 hours for a oil change, air filter change and 2 new tires. They recommended the replacement of the tires and did not have them in stock. This is the 1st time I have had an issue with their service department. Also was scheduled for a cash wash and vacuum and that was not completed. Not sure why they did not do the wash while waiting for the tires to be delivered.

I have said what I needed to say. You make great card, have a good solid staff, but trying to reach someone in the service department was maddening and it wasn’t their fault.

Hyundai of Wesley Chapel is EXCEPTIONAL!!
Greatest, most professional, courteous people in the world work here. Both sales and service are fantastic at this dealership! Management does a great job of taking care of their customers! That said, the new owners, Lithia motors, are absolutely HORRIBLE!!! They restrict the employees from doing their jobs, and their process’ are not customer friendly. Wherever you buy your next car, check to make sure Lithia motors does not own the dealership, you will be sorry!

Outstanding service
I needed an oil change, tire rotation, computer balance for the tires and replacement for the trunk latch base. While it sounds like quite a bit, the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. My service advisor, Lamar Browne was simply outstanding. He was so professional and thorough that he made this experience just wonderful. I am delighted that it's still possible to experience excellent customer service. I will certainly look for him when it's time to get another oil change.
