This is my first direct service experience with Donny...no surprises just excellent attention to service details and the individual needs of my vehicle. I always like it when Donny is in the service office cause even if he isn’t your advisor he has a wealth of knowledge about the vehicle’s and Fitzgerald’s services. Donny helped me tremendously with catching up with maintenance needed and few items that could be delayed and I firmly trust his judgment.

I will forever keep coming back because the service is beyond excellent. They go above and beyond and listen to me when I explain why I came in. They ask about my satisfaction and are kind and courteous. Now if my Hyundai aircaps could stop disappearing it would be even better....lol ?

Thorough Job, On-Time Completion
The folks at Firzgerald - especially Kevin Mendoza - handled my repair expertly. Work was described well, and I was kept informed about progress with repairs. Upon completion, Mr. Mendoza explained what had been done, and applied the $100.00 credit I had to the total bill. Entire repair took just about two hours, and was done flawlessly. Again, thanks to the Fitzgerald team for a job well done.

Service Done Right!
My last experience with Fitz Hyundai was one of the worst in my 40 years of driving. However many free maintenance things were done this time as well as a complete wash and wax. The car looked and drove great. I needed a high pressure AC hose that was ordered and will be replaced tomorrow. This experience was one of the best! Great job, quality service and attention to customer communication. You did everything you were supposed to do correctly.

Went in for a diagnosis of a problem. Software updated as per database check of the problem. Didn't work nor was I given my quarterly $35 credit set to expire in several days. Called, but no return call. Disappointed, but not ready to abandon ship.

this morning. I am so sorry that we did not get the car washed
we are working on improving our wash times and hiring more personel so that we can better serve our customers. With that said as we discussed this morning if you can come by anytime and see me I will get the vehicle cleaned inside and out.
also I have put a store credit for the money that you were charged I am sure the person that was checking you out did not realize that you were on the old plan I apoligize for that we will make sure that this does not happen again.
