I wasn't greeted and then had to pay
It took 10+ minutes for anyone to acknowledge my existence with staff talking amongst themselves. I think the guy who helped me was really trying but I was already frustrated with the situation. Then I needed to pay for an oil change at (5100 miles) when I had the vehicle 15 months. The charge isn't the dealerships fault buy hyundai should address it.

Your staff was professional and friendly. I will be coming back to this dealership as long as my car is under warranty. The service done was not explained well.
I'm disappointed and never have been in the past.
