Thank you for your review. I'm sorry we didn't tell you that all oil and filter changes take up to an hour because it includes a free multi point inspection which includes removing your wheels to inspect your brakes,topping off your fluids,inspecting your drive belts,checking for any leaks,measuring tire depth etc as for the time outside the car is pulled out by the tech then the tech fills out the paper work for the inspection than hands it in to the advisor to print out for you. If you want just and oil and filter change and skip the inspection we can accommodate you in the future and cut the time down to a half hour. Great service
Brought my car in for normal service and when I mentioned how little I drive, fuel injector and brake fluid service was recommended. The service department went above and beyond - easing and vacuuming my car and taking the time to recommend I keep the car vs getting a new one because it a good car with such low mileage. I really appreciate this level of service!

The people in sales, service and everyone I come in contact with.
Brought my 2018 sonata se for installation of new software offered. The lounge area looked new and nice....coffee and tea available was also nice. Bistro style table and chairs good and easy to get up from. Nice having puzzle to contribute to as well. All reps courteous and helpful and nice having car hand washed. John in body shop was helpful with my question. Great dealership......

Needed new clutch
My car has over 200,000 miles and the clutch release bearing disintegrated. The service department was able to get it in the shop right away. Unfortunately, when the release bearing let go, it damaged the transmission which required replacement. We had to wait a few days for the replacement but I had a loaner vehicle. The service manager and technician doing the job answered all my questions and were very helpful.

i think they push extra repair other than what you wanted repaired in the first place work to quickly to often ,i know its their job to find work to keep you coming back but some of us retired set income folks cannot afford constant repair suggestions and or scare tactics ..especially when i just come in for an oil change they always find something .. its getting to the point that i'd rather go somewhere else for an oil change ..
