The visit was very routine. Presumably, the car was appropriately serviced pursuant to Hyundai’s requirements. It was returned promptly and in the same condition as when it was turmoil over to the dealership.

Given a time, arrived at time, was finished within time. No need to wait around.
Called up to make appointment and ask about service. Was given an appointment time and told about what the service would be. Don't like to "haggle" about what could happen. All I needed was what was discussed on phone. Received an E-mail with time and date. Very easy knowing they keep in touch. The team was very professional and courteous. This is my (6) Hyundai from dealer. Will keep it going.

Recall problem
Car brought in for a recall of possible problem. Knock sensor is apparently utilized to determine if the recall issue is present. Car given back to me and reported to me that it’s problem free. A couple of days later, knock sensor fails and I had vehicle towed back. Sorry, parts shortage. No knock sensors available. Sitting at dealership with no end in sight. No car. Sorry I brought it in in the first place.

We love our Hyundai Santa Fe
We now have over 100,000 miles on our 2014 Santa Fe it has been the most reliable car we have ever own. Our dealership has supplied us with a great service department as well as an expert body shop that we have used on two occasions. We look forward to our next Santa fe when the time comes.

This is a forced posting and does not give a sense of my full view. There was not full disclosure on maintenance services before they were undertaken and I feel I was charged inappropriately.

Thank you for your review. I reviewed the appointment that you made and is was for the factory 15000 mile service which is normally $239.95. Your Hyundai plan pays for a portion of that including the oil change and tire rotation. Larry your advisor believes he explained this to you prior to work being performed. I'm sorry for the confusion. please advise me when you dropped it off what was said to you in regards to your responsibility. Thank you.

Just had my Santa Fe serviced again at Torrington Hyundai. Not surprised by the staff and their expertise. Always learn something from them. They treat their customers like they’ve known them for years. Which most likely they do. Been going there for over a decade myself.

What ever happened to the service area doing a quick detail on your car, or have those days gone away?

Thank you for your review. Not sure what happened with your service visit just confused with some of the comments made regarding cleanness. The whole dealership was cleaned the night before your arrival and bathrooms fully stocked also we offer coffee and water and FREE wifi. Car washing is performed if you ask us on your visit we do not wash every car. The service lounge has brand new furniture that is less than a year old.
