Thank you for your review. I reviewed the appointment that you made and is was for the factory 15000 mile service which is normally $239.95. Your Hyundai plan pays for a portion of that including the oil change and tire rotation. Larry your advisor believes he explained this to you prior to work being performed. I'm sorry for the confusion. please advise me when you dropped it off what was said to you in regards to your responsibility. Thank you.

Thank you for your review. Not sure what happened with your service visit just confused with some of the comments made regarding cleanness. The whole dealership was cleaned the night before your arrival and bathrooms fully stocked also we offer coffee and water and FREE wifi. Car washing is performed if you ask us on your visit we do not wash every car. The service lounge has brand new furniture that is less than a year old.
