Oil change
First time at this store. Bought the Escape in Spokane but like Sandpoint better so just decided to give White a try. The girl I talked to was great and the service people very polite and helpful. Waited for 90 minutes but it was done on time. Price was very good and a return call back to me was done. Just had a question as to the type of oil used. The building itself could use a little TLC but the coffee was great and so yes, will use them again.

I called Mike White to get tires for my old Suburban, my Big Mama hauler for family, because my husband got such a great deal and great service.
They special ordered the tire size I needed and were able to fit me into their busy schedule when they came in. The whole process was so smooth. I am ready for winter weather THANKS to the great team at Mike White!

I called to set an appointment. Arrived at the appointment, guys checked me in and two hours later it was all done. Even got the vehicle serviced and tires rotated, with check light issue resolved. Have always been pleased with the service provided by Mike White Ford

Welcoming friendly service.
The car was ready when we were told it would be. Instead of one recall, the service folks located the parts required for a second one and still had the work done in the time promised. When we asked about price for future brake work, we were given what we asked for and options if required.
