Problem with service
The service mgr Douglas went up and beyond to assist me with the problem with my new car. He checked up often and even provided me the telephone number for consumer relations. He should be highly commended for his attitude and swift actions to assist me.

Problems
I had to have my brand new car serviced 3 times before 7500 miles. After being serviced my a/c stopped working. It took almost a month before they found the part to fix it. I was making a payment for a vehicle I could not drive. The problems were no fault of mine. I had to talk to the service mgr before I could get an explanation of why it was taking so long. It was inconvient to me without my car. Even though I had a loaner it was nasty dirty.

I am elderly and a widow and know nothing about cars, when my husband passed away Mark told me he would advise me on my car care and I have never been disapointed or overcharged. You know some places do tell widows they need work done that they don't need. I have never had to worry about that. Mark always has time to talk to me about my car and doesn't lead me astray.

I trust Mark Atwood at Centerville Hyundai
I am an elderly widow lady who knows nothing about cars. When my husband passed away Mark said he would always make sure they took the best care of my car and needs. I feel confident he was being honest and I like talking to him. I have never had a bad experiance or had to pay for something I didn't need. I hope he never changes jobs!

In the past Service has been great, loaner cars offered and problems corrected, a good experience overall.
The issue from the last service visit have been resolved. The issue was poor performance after a ECM update. The Service manager recommended a reset of the TCM. After the reset, the performance returned to previous levels.

In the past Service has been great, loaner cars offered and problems corrected, a good experience overall.
I am disappointed that the problems I was/am having weren't diagnosed and corrected. I am not happy about trying to find a new repair shop or dealer service dept.

Great service by proffessionals
I brought my car in for an oil change. The tech did a software update. The next time i drove my car, the CHECK ENGINE light came on. After talking to service manager, i find out that the UPDATE is creating issues. The following day i had to return to dealer to get a rental car cause my car wasnt running correctly. I surely hope they fix problem soon. I miss my car and i dont care for inconvenience.

Tire or Wheel bearing noise?
One of the service managers in Voss Hyundai helped me get to get an appointment and he advised me that the noise is not from the wheel bearings and it was from the tires. Thanks for checking all the tires.

Wheel / Tyre noise not rectified
when i asked about coupons to be applied for the bill (which was done for my earlier services), the guy who completed the service was kind of rude. This basic thing has to be taken care. If it is not acceptable, they could have told directly to me, instead of that he just repeated the bill amount and was rude. Thats not a behavior you should be showing to your customers!

Recall notice for computer upgrade.
My Hyundai was brought in to upgrade the computer under a recall notice. There was no problem with the vehicle prior to the recall. The service staff was courteous and completed the upgrade in less than an hour. Waiting area was comfortable and complementary water was available. No problems.

Very pleased with Voss Hyundai service department.
I bought my car at Jeff Wyler Superior Hyundai and have not had one favorable service department experience. My concerns were ignored and excuses made. I was done with them and went to Voss. Very different story. They fixed the problem immediately and with no fuss. They did everything to make sure I was satisfied. The facility was very nice. I will continue to go here even though it is a half hour away. It is worth it, and my next purchase will also be made at Voss.
