Addressed my concerns
Had a good conversation with Blair and Michael after I gave my initial feedback. Things have been difficult there because of COVID which I can understand. At least if you voice any concerns they're willing to go the extra mile to make things right so I appreciate that and none the less I think the car is great so I'm happier with my experience now.

Salesmen are uninformed; Mousa (finance) was great
Salesman didn't explain any features of the car or answer our questions during test drive or right after. Not clear if it's ignorance or laziness. After sales care has been terrible too with getting completely ignored with no response to answer texts or emails with questions about the car.

Mousa (the finance manager) was great though. Very polite/funny, not pushy and very helpful in making the final part of the transaction go smoothly.

Purchased the Palisade Limited
We went to the Irvine Hyundai dealership to look at the Palisade. Michael was our salesperson and was very friendly and helpful. We did a test drive and decided that we would like to purchase the vehicle but wanted it in white. Michael had one brought in the same day from another dealership. We returned to the dealership to finalize the deal and it went very smoothly. Hussan from the finance office met with us and we signed all of the documents. After that was completed, Michael spent quite a bit of time with us going over all of the bells and whistles on the car. We returned a couple days later with additional questions and Michael spent time with us again. Whenever we had a questions, we texted Michael and he got back with us quickly.
