Excellent Experience
I have been coming to this facility for sometime now and have brought several cars new and used. I haven't had a bad experience yet. When I needed an appt it's been easy. My vehicles haven't given me any bad experience. Staff has always been helpful, courteous and friendly. I haven't been pressured to buy. So that's why I keep coming back and referring people. Keep up the good work. A satisfied customer.

Great Prompt Service
I recently took my vehicle in for a routine oil change. The service rep Matt was very helpful and friendly. He was prompt with the check-in for my appointment. When the service was complete, he did not haggle about any other services that could be offered and he informed me that the dealership sanitized my car. Overall, he provided courteous and respectful service.

Customer service at its best...
Because my car wasn’t going to ready, do to a part that needed to ordered overnight. I was given a loaner for a day, until my car was complete. I wasn’t expecting the loaner but was very happy I did. I drive a 2020 Hyundai Tucson and I enjoyed every min of it. With all to cool features my old car doesn’t have, it was a pleasure to drive something new.
When its time i will definitely buy my next car at Lia Hyundai in Hartford.

Love My Dealership - Lia Hyundai of Hartford
The staff is excellent and they are exceptionally knowledgeable in their service. They are very accommodating. They care about the person as much as they do the car. I felt very safe waiting for my car - considering the pandemic and I am highly immune compromised.
