Unnecessary service cost me service credit
My previous oil change had apparently been too early which I did not know. The man who helped me did not express that to me. I got an email saying it was time to come in again for service so I did. I came in, waited for an hour and had my car serviced. Only to be told that the last man was supposed to let me know that I had came in way too early. So they again had serviced my car 9,000 miles too early. They could have checked the paperwork or my history before hand, let me leave and then return at the correct mileage milestone but instead they used my 15,000 mile service credit far too early and now I’ll be out later down the road. The woman who told me all of this in no way tried to correct it or resolve the fact that they had mistakenly serviced my car too early and used my credit without asking.

I think we were taken advantage of on the purchase of the car and phone calls as well as letters about the situation were not acknowledged. I recommend the service dept.but not the sales dept.

be very wary
after sending an email for a discount for oil change and tire rotation, they didn't want to give it to me because "I didn't bring in a copy of the email". No where on the email does it say you need to bring in a copy. I also told the scheduler multiple times about the coupon. The service rep just said - "well, you didn't talk to me". Secondly they didn't do the tire rotation. Instead they wanted to sell me two new tires. Even though the tires I had on the car were less than a year old. I didn't buy new tires - they didn't do the rotation. Took my car back to the place where I purchased the tires, they saw the slight cupping on the rear tires and said that's what happens when you don't rotate the tires. The rear-end is much lighter than the front and you need to rotate the tires to keep them from doing that. They were not destroyed, bad, needing replacement, etc. I've been driving them rotated to the front of the car for a week. No problems.

I just have to say you all need a new mechanic. This mechanic doesn't know anything when it comes to repairing hyundai elantras.

Good service --Bad Navigation Systems
I like the service department. They have been great . . . except for (in my old car) when my phone would not work with the Navigation System (from day 1). They could not fix that. I pushed all the way up, and was told that some phones just do not work. Blah. Blah. Blah. Their System was Bad! Thing is, I really liked my car, except for that one really annoying thing. So I spent thousands of dollars to purchase a new Hyundai that I love. Yeah, I spent thousands of dollars for a Navigation System (that works) in the same car that I had previously. Stupid, right? So now, every time I go to the service department I feel Stupid. What can Hyundai do to improve? They can give me a rebate on the cost of the Navigation System.

I've been bringing my car in for service at this dealership for over six years. The service is outstanding. They're always able to get my car in and back to me in a short amount of time. Their communication is excellent and they're upfront about the cost. Mary in the service department is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I definitely recommend the service department at this dealership.

Nothing but a bother
The write up person that took care of me, treated me like I was nothing more than a bother to her, and she had told me that I needed an expensive part, which where I had my car towed to, discovered that I definitely did not need that part.

Very great service ! My first service wasn’t great , but manager and service department Mary did an outstanding job and resolved my problem and gave me a detail on my car and free oil change. I highly recommend this location their priority is to keep customers happy ?!

said needed new battery with multipoint inspection.
My battery read 12.5 volts later that day. I checked it after the car had been sitting and with the engine and car completely off. The car starts up fine also. I was quoted 1.5hrs to do the service and it took a little longer, though that was no big deal. The car was left idling for a while because the avg mpgs dropped significantly, could have been related to the update. Other than these things my experience was fine.
