Been a customer for a while now and it's obvious customer satisfaction is key as they pay attention to details. Vehicle is worked on on-time, and my car is happy again.
We took our Genesis in for some issues. Mike was outstanding! We had to wait a few minutes to get checked in but once we were, he was able to get us out quickly. We dropped off our car and received it back in a reasonable amount of time.

I've have both of my vehicles serviced at Rick Case Genesis Hyundai of Roswell. Service Writer, Mike Ennis has made sure that my Equus and G70 are service right. Everything that we've asked to be checked on has been done and even more
We purchased an extended warranty on our Equus and so far it has paid off 10 times over.

When it comes to automobile service departments, I’m a skeptic. In the back of my mind I wonder if I’m going to be taken advantage of or up-charged for repairs that are not needed. NOT HERE.
I was met with honest conversations about what needs to be done to get my vehicle back on the road. They were quick to get me in, and kept me updated on the status.
