I feel I can not bring my car back to Faulkner for service. I just don't feel comfortable with my car being there. I would be at the mercy of Faulkner's. If I would start having problems with my car, it would be difficult to say and prove Faulkner's had anything to do with anything going wrong prematurely. I feel there are hard feelings toward me, especially with Brogen. Since I'm sharing my concerns. I feel he is not handling the cancellation with the extended warranty promptly. I know it doesn't happen over night. Hyundai Motor Co. told me to reach out to the dealership to see what I can find out.

I honestly was not looking to purchase a vehicle. I happened to look at a 2020 Hyundai Venue and the sales team bent over backwards to get me into this vehicle I got the best deal I ever have had and even lowered my car insurance
