My experience at Vancouver Toyota was the polar opposite of my previous car buying experience. Jason & Nathan got us through the buying process with top notch professionalism as well as a personal touch. Buying a car still takes hours. But they both made it feel easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

Great experience
Best car buying experience we have ever had, no pressure, efficient and kind staff. We are buying another vehicle here now after an absolute horrible experience at another dealership. We will probably only buy from Vancouver Toyota moving forward.

Smooth process for buying my new car.
I had a very good experience buying my new car at Vancouver Toyota. My salesperson made sure everything was explained and I was comfortable with every step of the process. I appreciated how patient and respectful he was.

Amazing!! Amber, Marcie, and Nathan, thank you for great experience!!
Flawless experience and plan to come to this dealership in the future because of it!! Love how there is zero pressure to sell anything extra to us like every other dealerships out there that I’ve been to. Amber was very patient, personable, and low-pressure. She was very conscious of any wait time there was and apologized even when we were okay with it considering how busy things were. It was still very nice to see that she was very conscious of my time. Nathan was also very pleasant to work with!! Marcie was also awesome as well, and got us the car I wanted, and I love the new car we got!! Thank you, Marcie, for getting us the car!!

Vancouver Toyota followed up with me regarding the oil change service due at 5000 miles. The offered and explanation as to why the oil might not need to be changed based on a visual appearance of the oil. They are changing the oil free after our discussion as a resolution.

Vancouver Toyota did not follow the recommendations of Toyota corporate services.
In the maintenance service recommendations that come with the vehicle there are services that have to be done at 5009 miles and services that can be done if certain conditions are met. The oil change is recommended to be done IF repeated trips or less than 5 miles in temperatures below 32F. We had snow and ice numerous times over this winter and temperatures for days and days below 32F. I pointed that out to Nathan and he said the technicians check and determine the need. I don’t know what you’re checking to determine but based on the information from corporate you should be changing the oil. Unless you took and oil sample and sent it to a lab to have it analyzed you do not know my looking at it. That can’t be accomplished in 30 minutes. The oil should have been changed.

Nathan helped me from start to finish. He helped me get a care plan to help with future appointment costs. He recommended tires for me to purchase, got me a ride back home and a pick up when the car was ready. We replaced wiper blades and a cabin filter. I feel confident that I am ready for winter. Bad customer service
Customer service was poor. Came in to pick up my vehicle right before closing time First guy behind the counter says I’ll be right with you couple mins later he’s asking a couple of people on the other side of the counter hey can any of you guys help? No one says anything for a couple of mins this one lady says I can help you sir, not the most friendly representative I’ve dealt with but I finally get paperwork handed over and she says someone will pull your vehicle around. For like 5-8 mins I watched this younger kid flirting around with his co-worker.. the lady the helped out with my paperwork finally comes out and asks if anybody has help me out yet this is after initially telling me someone will drive my truck around. She tells the kid that I’m waiting he finally comes over and says can I see your paperwork he gets my keys and calls this other kid over so he can hand my keys over so he can go pull my truck around. I can see where my truck is parked the whole time this kid stops by and has a conversation with another co-worker he finally gets in my truck starts it up backs up and stops he sits there and is playing with the stereo or something not sure what he was doing but finally pulls around and he’s just sitting there I’m over by the drivers door at this point he rolls down the window and says oh is this yours or something im the last customer in their service shop at this time.

Superb high quality people and Product!
I financed a Certified Rav4 Hybrid XLE, that I absolutely love!
The Sales consultant was so helpful and professional, as was the Finance Manager. Everyone that worked there and saw me was friendly, even though they weren't working with me.

The website listed all the services for $49.50, but then I was told it would be $119 for additional services... The cashier didn't know ANYTHING other than how to order a shuttle for me (i.e: how to get hot water, etc.) and made no effort to call and ask anyone--instead, she sent me place to place.
One of the guys bringing the cars forward really took his time or was obviously avoiding working. Another was really on top of it. I heard many people complain about various things such as not receiving a call, etc.
The dealership also doesn't tip lyft drivers for their shuttle services.

Nathan was overall nice.

Stayed with vehicle to check in outside. Once initial check in done, went inside to wait for tire to get repaired. 2 hours later asked service member how long it would be. "I'm with another customer. Ill come back and see you. (Never did).Waited in line 5 more minutes to be told my car "Wasn't in repair lineup at all. We will see if we can rush it - Have to wait another hour and 10 min.Want to speak to service Mgr?" When said yes, they said, "He's not available". How hard would it be to put "Check in" orders in a basket and work from bottom to top so none are "accidently" missed???
