Great cars with great service.

I brought my daughters 2018 Elantra in for its 90,000 mile service and everything went smooth (scheduling, service, shuttle,...). Norm took great care of us (as always). The last 4 out of 5 Hyundai's I purchased were at North Scottsdale Hyundai because of the awesome product and service they provide.

Nazi is the best

I had a less than perfect visit a month or so ago. It wasn't bad just not up to the standards that I am used to with this Hyundai dealer. I wrote a review and received an immediate response from the general manager addressing my concerns. I was impressed. My review was read. Since then, Hyundai has reached out to me several times to address my concerns. Due to schedules, we did not connect until today. Nazi, the Service Manager spoke to me and we have scheduled an appointment to look into a sensor issue that has just come up. She was concerned and responsive. I have always had the best service from this dealer for the last 8 years and bought another Sonata in 2020 because I like working with them.
