The Service Department is always very helpful and very good at their work. They are very good at keeping a work schedule and letting you know how long the service will take.

Thanks for this great review! If you have your oil changed here we always check for recalls on your vehicle while it is here and order parts. You should also get a letter from Hyundai if they have your correct mailing address.  Kimberly Stewart, CRM

Crain Hyundia in Little Rock had awesome customer service. We pulled up and they took care of us. We had to wait but it was fine, things like that you want them to take their time.

Way too expensive
To pay so much for a cabin air filter replacement and then for the service agent to tell me after 53,000 miles i need to replace the spark plugs tells me that this dealership thinks I am a push over. He would never say that to my husband.
