Service was done as expected however, I have complained previously about a clunking or hesitancy in the transmission and they have not been able to fix it. They haven’t been able to replicate it. It happens quite a lot and the service tech should have taken the car out on the road and driven it in order to replicate the situation. I also feel that Hyundai should wash and vacuum each car after it is serviced

Walk In Oil Change
Walked in for an Oil Change on a very busy day. I told them I would wait in the Customer Lounge. Some 3 plus hours later I went to Service desk to inquire of status of my Vehicle. It was completed and the works order with my keys was buried under a pile of other works orders. My Vehicle was parked so far away after completion it was difficult to find even with activating the horn, instead of parking up front as completed. A better system of Mechanics placing completed Service Orders in a separate pile would probably correct this unnecessary wait.

Longest Oil Change Ever!
I appreciated the fact that I was able to drive in (without) an appointment for a Oil Change. They were extremely busy and accepted my request immediately. They also honored a discounted $5 Coupon on the Oil Change. I waited over 3 hours in the Customer Lounge watching TV and finally decided to inquire of the status of the service. Buried under a pile of completed Work Orders was mine attached to my Car Keys. The Service Writer found my Vehicle parked in the rear of the lot.

Lack confidence in service department
Had car serviced, was told no additional services were needed. Two days later, battery died. Took the car in to have the battery replaced, was then told needed front brakes. Do not understand how front brakes were needed two days after being told no extra services were needed.

I have had Hyundai cars for 14 years now. The cars are amazing. I just got a new Hyundai SantaFe earlier this year and just had my first service. I bought it at a different dealer than Tamiami but that dealership is just too far away for service so I decided to bring it in to Tamiami Hyundai... I made my appointment very easily, then brought it in. Personnel were fine, not super friendly or anything but not rude either. The area that you wait while your car is being worked on is very nice and has everything you would need. They said the service would take an hour and in reality they came in a little earlier than that. Everything was good, just the customer service piece of this puzzle could use some work...

oil change for 2017 Santa fe
service department completed oil change .Paul was very helpful .Several times I called and wanted to pick up my card I left messages with office no ne returned my call .I then got a ride in to pick up my car and when I was walking in at 2:45 p m p m Paul was calling to tell me the card was finished .I booked the appointment a 15 days ahead of my appointment .drop off the car Sunday .I left my key and a taped note with instructions in drop box to call when done. None of that happened ,Very poor phone communications from support staff.

Tamiami Hyundai service assiciates are notr truthful.
The service associate lied to me whan I asked if the computer update they performed included an update to the navigation. Service manager did not seem to care. I updated the navigation myself after Hyundai sent me a USB flash drive (for $25).

Very slow service!
This is the second time the service here has disappointed me. I have owned 3 Hyundais from two different dealers. The one in Wisconsin is great. This one isn't. Last year it took me close to 2 hours just to get an oil change. When I left a critical review, the new service manager called me, apologized, and said he would put a note in my record that my next oil change would be at no charge. I told him he didn't have to do that, but thanked him nonetheless. When I went back recently for the second oil change the tech told me no such thing was in the record. Obviously either he, or the service manager, wasn't being honest with me. They then proceeded to take almost 2 hours again, for a simple oil change. They blamed it on Covid-19, but that doesn't explain why the first one, about a year earlier, took the same amount of time. They're just very slow. I prefer to have my dealer service the car I bought from them, but I'll have to find a reliable oil change place to handle this relatively simple task in a reasonable amount of time.
