Much Better Than Usual
I went in for an oil change, and Rick brought me back my car washed and vacuumed. It was an unexpected service considering the last time I went to the dealer for service I was told my vehicle was a liability because of exterior damage which may harm the car wash staff.

I arrived five minutes late for my appointment with the service representative, Rick Adams, waiting for me, greeting me by name, and outlining the initial service invoice. He was thorough, efficient, and personable. My car was serviced in a timely manner and returned to me in a better state of cleanliness than I delivered it. I was completely satisfied.

Honestly. They're Good
Honestly every person I've interacted with has been pleasant and professional.
I came in for and oil change and a complementary car wash.
But I was on work time. I'd called and asked when the least busy time of day was when I made my appt.
The dealership did nothing wrong, I was pressed for time and needed to return to work. So I did get my oil changed, my point inspection just not my car washed. What I'm guessing is not a short amount of time in the car business, but in work time it was.
Rick did offer me a car wash any time I wanted to bring it in.
And someone from the dealership texted and called. If I could change the rating in this I would.

the girl who was sitting on the drive thru for checking in for service was doing her own thing (on the phone for her personal business) while i was told to wait which exceeded more than 5 mins. Overall, Rich was super nice and informative so no issue on that part !!

Thankfully an honest Dealer
Our daughters car broke down. We had a bad experience at another dealer so I was worried sick when I new I had to go to another one. I'm thankful I went to westside Hyundai! Rick was honest up front and took care of us. Westside Hyundai has one of the best service agents any company could ask for. You can not teach the level of character he has we are truly greatful.
