Randall is the best service advisor
I use Tameron for warranty issues and have for the many years I have had a Hyundai. I was never impressed with the other service advisors. They were not friendly and acted as if they were in a rush. The last few times I have been in, I have dealt with him and will from now on. He scheduled appointments for me and made sure everything was taken care of. I have had several problems with my 2017 Tuscon and everything has been corrected except for one thing they can’t get it to show an error while I am there. They even checked for recalls and took care of them while I was there. Give Randall a call the next time you need service. Best service experience I have had.

Upon taking my new vehicle in for it's first service, everything was fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful, the waiting area was quite comfortable and had plenty of amenities to make longer wait more enjoyable, and quick service, turning my vehicle out much faster than I expected.

I bought my 2019 Tucson At this location, services are a little expensive for a person with limited income. Senior citizen discounts would bring customers back instead of going to a quick service center.
