Randy did a great job.
We chose the Sandpoint MWF over the CdA lot because of your service dept. They are great..
SNAFUs occurred during closing paperwork regarding the accessories we added after the truck arrived from the plant.
But when this truck gets 440k miles like our last Ford, we'll be back.

Randy was an informative, friendly, honest, knowledgeable salesman who did not put pressure on us to buy any particular vehicle. He seemed genuinely interested in getting us a vehicle that was a good match for what we wanted.

Over a month waiting for service caused me to be without a veh. For over a month and the purchase of a new battery along with my service nilly of over five hundred dollars.
I have had two recent experiences with the co. Recently. First one, I brought in my 2004 F 350 in Nov. When my appt was set for Dec 16. Hoping to have it repaired early. The veh needed a new alternator. Which is a one hour job.. Four days before my appt I noticed my. Veh. had been moved from its pkd location. I called on my appt date and was advised the veh had been repaired. I paid my bill over $500 . And was handed my veh keys. I went to where my veh was parked and the veh was covered in snow which I had to wipe off in order to get in. I tried to start my veh but the battery was dead. When I started my veh the brake lite came on, which was not on when I brought in the veh . I advised the manager and he advised that they only worked on the alternator and could not help with that problem. While at your co. The veh battery had died completely and I was required to purchase a new one for over a hundred dollars after leaving my veh there for repairs, along with fighting the accumulating snow which should have been removed before I picked up my veh. The battery in my veh should have been maintained and charged before I picked it up. This experience was not. A happy one. I have had excellent service from your Couer d alene office on many occassions.

Great experience
With all the craziness going on in the car world I didn’t know what to expected. The whole team answered all my questions and gave realistic time lines for the truck ordering process. The truck came in faster the expected and the buying was fast and easy then I have experience at other dealers. The truck is exactly what I wanted and I had a great experience.

They even wiped the snow off it the next morning before I came to pick it up.
