Jay was incredibly professional and accurate. He broke the experience down to the tee. He communicated very well and was truthful. I’ve had many terrible experiences at puente hills Hyundai but Jay Jussals customer service and professionalism gained my confidence back. He will definitely be the person I deal with now!

Varies from one service writer to another
If you get the right service writer and have a good working relationship with him/her, you will have a good experience. The problem is some service writers try to add extras that result in a much higher cost to you. For example, a simple oil change can be expensive if you add the additives the service writer recommends. However, the Hyundai District Office told us the additives are not necessary today because of the quality of oil used that already have the additives in it.

The Best of Care
My husband and I always receive the best customer service at Puente Hills Hyundai from the service department to the sales staff. Javier, our service advisor knows us when we come in which adds a personal touch. He makes sure that we're aware of the service is needed and when. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I came in for a problem with my front passenger side door. Further work needs to be done because a part needs to be ordered. But, I did get a wheel alignment done at a special discount. Everything was done by noon.
I still need to be contacted when the part comes in, but I don't anticipate any problems with the service.
