Horrible customer service
Very disappointed in the customer service of the service department. You can't tell you client/customer one thing and do another, or nothing for that matter. The client/customer shouldn't have to call to get updated.

They made sure to resolve all my concerns
I just want to thank Justin and Mr Chan for following up with me regarding my last visit. They made sure to resolve my concerns and prove to me that they really do care about their customers. Justin made sure to follow up with me regarding bringing my car and also having a driver ready for me to take me home while my car was being worked on.He made my experience very pleasant and comfortable he went above and beyond. I really appreciate him making sure that at the end of the day I drove away a happy customer. I will definitely be coming to Hyundai for any service need and will definitely recommend my friends and family to my rep Justin. Thank you once again!!!

Car was not ready on time as promised and they also forgot to wash my car and vacuum even though they put it on the paperwork.
They seem to make a lot of mistakes resulting in the customer having to wait long periods of time.

The worst experience I have every had at any dealership while waiting for service. Foul-mouthed employee's, employee's getting into physical altercations and my vehicle not serviced properly. I'll just spend the time, effort and money to drive to Roseville Hyundai in Sacramento, from our home in the LA area where they really know what customer service is all about. Puente Hills Hyundai needs to send their employee's up to Roseville to learn how to do it right!!! Don't waste your time taking your vehicle to Puente Hills!

Service report states that tires are charged up to factory spec. This is not true. I do not have any report for my vehicle, i do not know if that’s is true or not since my tires are not charged up and it states it has been charged.

They don’t do what they say they do
They say they do a multi point inspection but they don’t. They say they check your tire pressure but don’t. My dash cam showed them doing absolutely nothing.

Trunk latch
Jay was awesome getting me in and out both visits. The problem I have is that the interior felt of the trunk was cut instead of pulling the pins out to repair. I am not a certified Hyundai mechanic and even I know how to do that. Very frustrated.

Dishonest about coverage of maintenance package. Salesperson tried making side deal. Finance manager and dealership director swept issue under the rug after complaint and rude about answering questions regarding HRs response to complaint. Director refused to give salespersons selling license.

NO spare tire in a brand new vehicle, no temporary spare. Nothing, and no disclosure to that effect. Add to that they do not repair flats so you are forced to purchase a brand new tire.
