Good Place to buy!!
Good experience. Was kept inform about the vehicle's arrival. Was not pushy on adding extra extension plans on vehicle. Gave a full tank of fuel when we picked up vehicle. Answered all my questions about the vehicle's multimedia system, even helped me get it set up.

Bad experience
I came to the store in May to preorder a car and put a deposit. Right off the bat the sales rep was uninterested in helping. Over the next few months communication was horrible on the status of my car I wanted to switch sales reps. When I finally had a date for my car to arrive I told them when I would be back in the country, and they never emailed me back. Then I got an email 3 weeks later saying I had to pick up the car within 48 hours of arrival - when I would not be back yet from traveling. The new rep (Rebecca) was helpful and increased communication after me expressing my distress, but overall the experience was bad with poor customer service.

Ordering and receiving a rav 4 hybrid.
Throughout the process of ordering buying and receiving my car the sales staff were extremely patient and helpful. I ended up getting a trim level higher in around half of the projected delivery time because of the diligence of the sales staff. From the initial order to the day of delivery I felt like my business mattered. Day of delivery I was made to feel like I was a priority and that I was being taken care of. I’m extremely impressed with the professionalism and the care taken by the sales staff to really create that welcoming environment. Excellent experience start to finish

Excellent Customer Service
I was impressed at how customer friendly this dealership is to it’s customers. As soon as I got there, my vehicle was picked up for service and alternate transportation arrangement was quickly made to drop me off. I was even more impressed when the service was completed at the promised time and I was again picked up and dropped off at the dealership. I’ve owned various vehicles both foreign and domestic, but this is the best customer service oriented dealership I’ve experienced. Keep up the good work, it’s much appreciated.
