The staff is always respectful and helpful. They take time to explain and never surprise me with charges. I don't worry about being ripped off just because I am a woman.

They will go above and beyond with service
5 STARS! They have a amazing service department, if you have any problems they will go above and beyond to make it right. Never seen another dealer like them they have my business now and forever

Wheel wobble is worse than the day before. Customer service and Front desk employee's are the best around but the people working on my car i'm not sure about.
Not happy with the wobble this sucks. Its hard too hold the steering wheel. its pulls 2 or 3 times worse than the day before that shouldnt be that bad all things considering my inner tie rod and front bald tires. Customer service is perfect so are the service adviser's .Courtesy Drivers are also the best in town.

So kind and caring. They were very busy that day and the service man Randy, came out to tell me that they were running about 15 minutes behind and apologized for any inconvenience. I appreciated Randy taking the time to tell me. Very thoughtful.

Great service team.
The service advisor was very quick to check me in upon arrival. Very friendly and knowledgeable about everything I was in there for. I took a shuttle ride the driver was fantastic and funny. The facilities were clean and there were definitely enough snacks for my girls to eat. Thanks BMC !!!

I continue to go to Bismarck motor company because I feel they listen to my concerns and go out of their way to solve your issue. I don't feel like I'm getting railroaded. They answer your question right away and are flexible with time when u have a car issue. They make u feel important and that they do care about you every time.

I took my Hyundai in for an oil change and to have a noise checked. My vehicle needed both front and rear brakes replaced. While the vehicle was there, the check engine light went on. The service team was able to fix the problem to my satisfaction. I will definitely take my vehicle to them again.
