Ryan went out of his way to find the right deal with the right options we wanted!

I inquired about a vehicle on your website. I received a quick response from Ryan. I was on vacation and he was happy to answer all my questions. When I came back I was able to drop in and get some great information. I was able to get prequalified and test drive a vehicle I was thinking of buying. After heading home to pray about it and figure things out we let Ryan know that we were going to wait at this point. Ryan was super great and when he asked all the great questions he did not pressure us to buy! A few days went by and there was an opportunity that came in that was exactly what I was wanting and it was the perfect for. Ryan reached out with no pressure and just let us know what came available. I am so glad he did because I was able to go in that day. Test drive my new to me vehicle and purchase it. I highly recommend Ryan if your wanting a no pressure salesman that is nit just working for his commission but working for me. He even reached out a day or 2 later and was available for questions even when the dealership was closed!!! He rocks!!!!

Great Servive. Not what I normally expect from auto dealers.

I took my Ford F-150 to the dealership to request a diagnosis of a check engine light alert. Chris in the service department was attentive and listened carefully to me as I explained what I thought the problem might be. He determined that I could still drive the vehicle safely and scheduled an appointment for the next morning (later in the morning Chris informed me of the work to to be done, the total cost and the estimated completion time). After I dropped off the truck the following morning, I saw a truck for sale in the lot identical to mine except for five years newer and 155,000 miles fewer. I was greeted by Paul, the general manager, as he was arriving to work. He answered a few questions I had and took a little information from me before he even unlocked the showroom doors. Within two hours I received a phone call from Ryan, a product specialist, with a competitive price for the new truck and also a fair trade-in value for my truck currently in the service department. I drove back to the dealership where Ryan had the truck ready for a test drive. Ryan then introduced me to Tim, the finance manager, who had all of the paperwork organized for a quick signing. He also provided me the information for registering the vehicle on-line so I could save a trip to the DMV. And both Paul and Ryan offered to help me transfer my belongings from my old truck to the new one. I can go on, but here's the bottom line; this is my 4th F-150 extented cab but this is the 1st dealership with outstanding service across the board. I highly recommend Mike White Ford.

Zero Customer Focus and Poor Product Knowledge

This was a business purchase, ordered directly from the factory in Feb of 2022 for the purpose of adding to a snow removal fleet winter of 2022/2023. I place ZERO blame on the dealer for the slow manufacturing. However, the vehicle was completed in September of 2022 and the dealership did zero to assist in speeding delivery. I offered to go to Louisville KY myself at no cost to them and retrieve it myself, but that option was not even investigated. Tens of thousands of dollars lost in contracts. Additionally, the salesman that assisted with the order told me things that turned out to be completely false, and would have changed my order had I known the truth. I had very specific plan for the truck that I expressed to the saleman that I cannot complete. It is a nice truck and I will enjoy using it but that won't be as originally intended.
