I am really satisfied with the quick response of the Northwest Hyundai dealer shop.
Sam at Northwest Hyundai really tried to solve our current issues. We are really satisfied with the solutions he suggested. So far, we have bought all our cars from Hyundai and will keep doing. Hope this will be a good opportunity to grow much more!

I had to sign up for the APEX that I really didn't need it.
They said that APEX cancelation would be available within 30 days, but it was not. So, I couldn't cancel the APEX. After paying the $2,000 tuition fee, I learned that I had to read and sign each line carefully when I signed the contract, not just believe the dealer's words.
The Hyundai car itself that I bought is very satisfying. However, if Hyundai Motor wants to become a global company, it needs innovation in dealer shop operation.
