Concerns quickly taken care of
Although my last visit was not up to par, the service team quickly took care of my concern and offered me my money back instead of a free oil change. This was greatly appreciated since I am in the process of moving out of state.

Long waits for Overpriced service
I waited 1.5 hours for a scheduled oil change that had previously been completed in 20-30 minutes. No explanation or apologies given and I also paid more than expected even with a coupon! Ridiculous service...the rest of my days plans were ruined.

Thank you for your review. I'm very sorry it took over an hour. We advertise all oil changes with the free multi point inspection take up to an hour it even says that on our coupons. In regards to the price you paid $8.00 less this visit than your last visit. Normal price with tax is $43.50 you paid $35.50. Again I'm sorry for the delay and I would like to offer you a free oil and filter change when your ready. Thank you for your business. Since day one when I found out that my car had issues, they have went above average on making sure I got my 2015 Genesis Sedan there safely. Reminding me of the Hyundai Roadside Assistance to get my car to them with no charge, when my insurance wanted to charge me to get the car there to them. Once the car was there, they immediately look at the car showed me what could be the issue and what would be the steps to fix it. They also handled the warranty coverage for the car, by contacting them themselves to make everything was covered. I was able to get a loaner due to the length of time it was going to take to fix the car, which was a downgrade but at least it was a 2019...lol Should be getting back my car soon, but I feel that it is in great hands of Torrington Hyundai Service Dept. (Steve Service Dept. Rep)
