Concerns quickly taken care of
Although my last visit was not up to par, the service team quickly took care of my concern and offered me my money back instead of a free oil change. This was greatly appreciated since I am in the process of moving out of state.

Long waits for Overpriced service
I waited 1.5 hours for a scheduled oil change that had previously been completed in 20-30 minutes. No explanation or apologies given and I also paid more than expected even with a coupon! Ridiculous service...the rest of my days plans were ruined.

Thank you for your review. I'm very sorry it took over an hour. We advertise all oil changes with the free multi point inspection take up to an hour it even says that on our coupons. In regards to the price you paid $8.00 less this visit than your last visit. Normal price with tax is $43.50 you paid $35.50. Again I'm sorry for the delay and I would like to offer you a free oil and filter change when your ready. Thank you for your business. 7500 mile service
It was my first time getting service on my new car and I didn’t realize there was an issue with equipment and that’s why it took so long. I thought that’s how long it always took. Thank you for explaining and thank you for making good on my experience. It shows you really care.

Good Morning Ms. D,  I apologize for the long service appt you had regarding your oil change and tire rotation.  I investigated and found that our air compressor which operates our air guns for changing tires had broke down and was just about operating. Having said that, someone should have come out to you and explained the situation. I again apologize for that and be assured it will not happen again. I would like to offer you a complimentary oil change on your next oil change and when you stop in please ask for me so I can introduce myself.  Now Steve C. was your advisor and he gets rated on customer surveys. If you would be so kind as to complete a rescore of your survey we would greatly appreciate it.  Steve aims for 5 Star service and although you didn't receive it (due to our breakdown) please take this into consideration when rescoring the survey. A 5 puts Steve back in good standing.

  This is Steve C your service advisor from that day. Was wondering if there was anything you were unhappy with that I can possibly have a chance to make right, as a 3 star review is considered a failing survey. Looking at your Repair Order I see you only came in for a underbody recall and it looks like we had you out of the shop in a hour which is right on target for that job. Again if there was something I can fix or make right please give me a chance to do so... And if you can please take an opportunity and reconsider your 3 star review if everything went well. Again call me if you have any questions.

Great service and a willing spirit to listen and solve issues
We bought two new cars from this dealer and have had great success. Not only have we been happy with both vehicles, but the service has been spot on. Even when issues have arisen Steve, the service tech,has been quick to see that those issues have been resolved in a way the was acceptable. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a car or for work to be done on their vehicle.

normally they do a good job and are dependable
This particular visit was very disappointing. Leaving my cabin air filter our was unacceptable. Having to make an extra trip back to get it corrected was even more unacceptable.

Im very sorry you had this happen to you and would like you to reconsider your low score review and allow us the chance to make it right. This is not something that happens here often, and we would like you not to hold this one instance over us as we will do whatever it takes to keep you happy... Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make you reconsider and rescore this review as the low score does not effect the tech that made this error it only effects me. Torrington Hyndai
Torrington Hyndai was better then other Hyndai dealerships I've been in. The two gentlemen working the desk that day were very nice, professional and helpful. One of them even came out to my car to help me with a question I had. Another gentlemen that had brought his car in that day said that even though there are Hyndai delears closer to them, he chooses this one, and I can definitely see why.

Had an odd situation with the exhaust. The courteous service department inspected the car right away and deemed it a warranty issue. The part came in 2 days later and will be replaced tomorrow.
