I wish that I could remember all of the people that helped me in the week that my car had to be with you guys. I was going through a lot and the rental car I was driving in was unsafe and I actually called you guys the same time one of the tires blew on the rental. Well, your employee stayed on the phone with me was trying to calm me down, was very kind and just an angel, making sure I was OK, making sure I got off the side of the road safely. The other people helping with my transactions were awesome as well. I cannot thank you guys enough for all of the kindness that I was given!!
Hannah and Jonathon were really kind and friendly. The hold up was the part needing to be delivered and they shared that with me. Both were professional and apologetic. My car was neat and tidy when I was cleared to leave. My trunk works now and I have very cold! I am very satisfied. ??
I was there before 8am to get my break light changed and they had to change the wiring and didn't get done till almost 11 am with no you saying anything till I ask them what was going on with my car and they stated it was under warranty not the point I had things I needed to do and not told I would be sitting there for 3 hours also they changed location and never let me know till I pulled into the old lot
Staff went above & beyond to get my car repaired at last minute, when my a/c stopped working the evening before my vacation. They stayed after hours to help me out. Who does that? The staff at Lakeland Hyundai.
My car's air wasn't working and they worked me in Without an appointment. They fixed my car and even stayed a little after closing for me to pick it up. I highly recommend them.
We dealt with Rae Giddens and arrived early for service Rae was on point and took care of everything.
She was in contact with me the entire time. Everything was done on time and with in budget according to what Rae mentioned earlier.
Definitely will be back.
Upon my initial service completed, I wasn’t a fan of this location. There seemed to be lots of miscommunication and trouble resolving my cars issues. However, after speaking with JESSICA L ALEXANDER, the service manager at my chosen location, she eliminated all of our concerns in the most professional and timely manner. I cannot speak more highly of this individual. If I could give a rating better than 5 stars- 10/10 I would! If you are seeking a dedicated, personable and extremely helpful person to work with, Jessica is the one for you she will not disappoint! Amazing service

Horrible service
This dealership is the worst Hyundai you can go to. The communication is below par, the staff is incredibly rude, my cars issues were not resolved by the service department and definitely not in a timely manner. Do not waste your time!

I was treated in a professional manner. The service department taking care of the two engine recalls and the tire alignment needed was done within two hours.
The service person that I was assigned to was Rhea, she was very nice and pleasant to work with for getting my Tuscon back to me in a very timely manner.
We bought our 2017 Tuscon from Lakeland Hyundai and will hopefully return in either March or April for our next Hyundai Tuscon or Santa Fe.
We were treated with warmth and respect! The Service was great which even included a complimentary car wash and a beautiful job at that!!
We have never been treated so well at a Dealership. We will definitely keep using this Dealer for our service even though it is an hour drive from our home. Keep up the great work and attitude LAKELAND HYUNDAI. We certainly appreciate it!!
I never have a problem getting a timely appt. for maintenance, it's quick and done right. They have even seen me without an appt. when I had a problem.
The service manager gave me two personal telephone calls. We discussed my issue and she answered my concern to my satisfaction.
My original issue with Lakeland Hyundai was addressed by a conservation with the service manager. I explained my reason for the less than excellent review. She listened and was very understanding to my reasoning. We discussed how Lakeland Hyundai and I could have a better relationship in the future. I appreciate the concern management has for the satisfaction of every customer.
