Upon my initial service completed, I wasn’t a fan of this location. There seemed to be lots of miscommunication and trouble resolving my cars issues. However, after speaking with JESSICA L ALEXANDER, the service manager at my chosen location, she eliminated all of our concerns in the most professional and timely manner. I cannot speak more highly of this individual. If I could give a rating better than 5 stars- 10/10 I would! If you are seeking a dedicated, personable and extremely helpful person to work with, Jessica is the one for you she will not disappoint! Amazing service

Horrible service
This dealership is the worst Hyundai you can go to. The communication is below par, the staff is incredibly rude, my cars issues were not resolved by the service department and definitely not in a timely manner. Do not waste your time!

Terrible service experience
Waited a month for an available appointment to come available. Arrived on time to wait, not seen promptly, waited 2 hours before I had to ask where my car was. The advisor, Rae, had no idea where my car was, since it had just been parked around back and never seen. I was dismissed saying 'our quick lane isn't that quick, and plus it's lunchtime." Took an additional 45 minutes to complete an oil change and tire rotation before finally being able to continue with my day almost 3 hours after I arrived.

Helping to improve service issues
Anthony was very helpful after he realized the problems we were having. Thanks to him we are hoping Hyundai and Lakeland Hyundai are taking care of the concerns we have. I believe a successful resolution to this oil/motor issue will bring back the confidence I had in both the dealership and the car company! Regretful Service
Purchased 5 vehicles in 3 years, thinking we had found our go to car dealership….not so much! Latest purchase a disaster after making only 9 payments. Had oil change done at their service department and within 6 weeks, car motor blown…Yes, several reasons this could be, but no willingness to meet us halfway on repair or trade and THEN had a bill for diagnostic check before it could be released to tow truck. Had to laugh! Just be wary of any service done here and check oil level before you leave!!

Sorely disappointed. Zero communication.
This is a business that can and has done better. To have a care for 9 days and not make any attempt to contact and update the customer is totally unacceptable. I've been a customer for over 10 years and not sure where or when the decline in customer service happened. Lakeland Hyundai can't claim to be who they are and brag about the customer service they provide and treat people like that.

Follow through/follow up.
I have yet to receive my key and was told the reason was because the individual over the transaction is no longer with the company. So I am assuming everything that the individual oversaw fell through the cracks or is null and void. I have yet to get an update on the status of my key other than the individual who makes keys was not there...

Lack of effort
I came in to get the pin code for a smart key, a service advertised as available only at the dealership. I was told the pin number was only available as part of the programming and that the service would cost 80.00 A service which costs 45.00 elsewhere. I was left with a take it or leavei it choice

Do not take your car to Lakeland Hyundai
Bought my 2015 Elantra brand new a little over a year ago. Had to miss work last week because of a problem with it. On my way into work the check engine light came on and the BlueLink in my car told me to take it into Hyundai, which I did. The car shuttered terribly and was unsafe to drive. The dealership diagnosed the problem but did not fix it. I was told that if the problem happened again that they would replace the part. Nothing was done to correct this problem but they did manage find over $1,000 worth of work to do on my car unrelated to the reason I brought it in. My step-daughter also drives this car. Sleep well Hyundai, knowing that a teen aged driver is out there driving around in a car that you have chosen to fix the NEXT time this documented issue happens that makes the car undsafe to drive.

Service depart did incomplete job servicing car causing family to be stranded on side of road. This is an 8 month old car. Sonata 2.0T sport.

The car wash was just the most recent issue. I've been told "I'm sorry we cannot duplicate your issue therefore it does not exist yet I get in my vehicle and it does the same thing it has been doing. Any issue I bring to their attention with the exception of the whole plastic portion of my seat being replaced and a tire patched, none of my issues were truly resolved. Having someone call after the fact to ask what could be done better doesn't change the fact that the issues are still occurring. So no. My opinion has not changed because Iof a phone call or a response to my review. Actions speak louder than words, unfortunately I have to continue my service due to the plan I purchased so we will see if these reviews really make a difference or if it just gets filed away.
