I was very impressed on how Puente Hills Hyundai treated me as their new customer. Even before my appointment, I received a phone call confirming my appointment. And, Sean, took great care of my concerns for my car. They worked as a team and were friendly through-out the process. Like I said, I'm a new customer.

Needed a new battery. Was disappointed with AAA's battery replacement service (waited nearly 2 hours for the contractor, who then said he wouldn't have a battery until the next day - at a cost more than I'd been quoted over the phone). Costco didn't have my battery in stock. So called PH Hyundai. Within an hour of that call I was already back on the road with the new battery installed. Excellent service!

Great service department
I had my car serviced twice in one week. Once for routine maintenance and once to replace a tail light I had broken. The service department was very polite and courteous and my repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time. The service department came and got me when the work was done and escorted me to where I could pay my bill and retrieve the key to my car. The also parked it where I could easily drive out. Having my car worked on is a pain to me, but, they made that experience a lot less painful. Thanks guys!
