Good Service and Staff
I bought my first electric car, the Kona EV at Temecula Hyundai. The sales manager Pedro found the color that I asked for and Troy spent time with me explaining some of the features. I had to return to ask about the rebate for purchasing an electric car and I have already received the $1,500 check. Thank you as well to Freddy who answered my questions on all the features of the Ultimate model. I have lots to learn but no need to visit a gas station ever again. Thanks again to Pedro for his help.

Helpfulness in getting the model I wanted
I am happy with my Kona EV. My first electric car. It is a very smooth ride and the Ultimate has all the bells and whistled I could want except I have to still open the trunk by hand. Would have loved to have that touch feature. The dealership was helpful, especially Pedro for locating the color I wanted, Troy for working with us and Freddy for explaining and changing some of the settings for me. Hopefully I have many years of driving this car and no more visits for gas.
