I'm sorry that you didn't have a not so great experience on your last visit, I will speak to your service advisor about this to see what was the hold up and why it took this long for your services to be complete. I'm glad that you brought this to my attention, because this is not what we want our customers to experience, we want our customers to feel welcomed and at home.
