I've only had my car for 15 months and it has had the engine replaced and the catalytic converter worked on twice. I'm done with hyundai. I've contacted corporate and they did nothing. The worst customer service I've had ever smh

BAD SERVICE
I came to the dealership to have my brakes looked at because I was hearing a grinding noise when slowing down. After waiting for 2 hours I was told that my front brakes were a 4 and I still had time on them, but would have to replace them in the near future. And I was told that my rear brakes were at a 6. I informed Mr. Seal Tolton that I was going out of town to NC and he informed me that I would be safe to drive. The next day I had my brakes looked at and repaired by another mechanic. He was able to look at it without taking the tire off and showed me the difference from the front and the back and not only did I need front and rear brakes, I needed rear rotors. There was no pad left to my rear brakes. After hearing this I was a little upset because that mean I would've been on the road with my three children and anything could've happened. After this how can I trust coming here to have services done in the future if the staff our willing to japradise people lives.

I really don't think customer service is a priority. As requested by his response to my first review, I called Mr. Benack two weeks ago, he was not available and I left a message. No call back to date. I love my 2015 Sonata and I would prefer to deal with the dealer for repairs, oil changes, etc.. but I think I'm going to find another service provided.

I am extremely disappointment with Pohanka Hyundai. I have been taking my car to this dealership since having my car and trusted their advice. Approximately 3 months ago I began having trouble with the battery of my car. I would go through period of not having my car start, having to contact roadside for a jump and then taking it to the dealership to be evaluated. On at least two occasions, the tech stated that there was nothing wrong with my battery and that it was good. On the third occasion, the tech indicated that the battery issue was due to factory issue with the gear shift, of which they replaced. At that time I again inquired if there was anything wrong with the battery and if it needed to be replaced, and I was assured wholeheartedly that the battery did not need to replaced and should last.

Two weeks ago, I had to replace the battery. When I inquired as to what happened to it, I was really provided an explantation other than it "it could be for a multiple of reasons". I then had to pay for the replacement as the warranty had "just" expired. Had the battery been replaced when I began having issue three months, I would not have had to pay anything.
My car is barely two years old and I should not be having any major issues with my car nor taking it back and forth to the dealership.

I am disappointed in the service and overall quality of my car if I continue to have issues.

Disappointed in Hyundai
I have taken my car in for the same problem since July. I have gone between 2 different locations because the first place did not fix the problem but after taking to second location and agsinnbeing out of a vehicle for days the problem is still not fixed. I have always valued my Hyundai vehicle and service location but after I traded my Genesis for an Equus I have had nothing but problems. My car has had more problems in 6 months than I’ve ever had with any car in 5 years. EVERY TIME My car gets fixed the same issue appears again within 24 hours and I have to turn car back in again/ get a rental car because they NEVER have loaners ( it was a big sales pitch when purchasing the vehicle that when you own an Equus they will pick up your vehicle for service and leave you with another Equus if available - if not it will be another vehicle equivalent to the Equus)
I have never received a loaner and ALWAYS have to rent a vehicle out of pocket. In 1 situation the warranty covered a rental for the first day but other than that I’ve paid OUT OF POCKET.
Unfortunately based on the bad experience and problems with this vehicle my plan of purchasing a G90 next year is no longer going to happen . I am done with dealing with both the vehicle and the dealerships/ service and it is very disappointing because I absolutely loved my Genesis and could never see myself in anything other than a Hyundai. THAT HAS NOW CHANGED.
