No oil! Ruined my engine!
Did not put oil back in car and ruined my engine. Denied it!!! Asked them to pull cameras and they said they would and then said they didn’t have any in that department! I have video and documentation from another Hyundai dealer verifying my statement… totally unacceptable.

Extremely disappointed in the cost of a oil change and 2 filters. ($154.00} I have purchased several vehicles from here and probably won`t return.

It is always our intent to provide 5-Star quality service for each and every guest on each and every visit.  We shop other automotive service providers, including dealerships, regularly, to make sure our services are priced competively.  I contacted 2 dealerships to shop the services provided to you and found our prices were over $10 less than one and $18 less than the other.  I contacted an independent provider and found we were $10 less and, considering we use Hyundai original equipment parts, that says a lot about our pricing. 

Please note, in addition to any oil & filter change with a free multipoint inspection, you received a tire rotation, free brake inspection, an engine air filter and an air-conditioning cabin air filter. 

I hope this provides some explanation on our pricing and you can see the value of these services. 

It is our hope you will reconsider your rating and will rescore your survey.  We look forward to assisting you in the future.

Friendly service personnel & timely service. Poor car wash/detail.
Service dept personnel are very friendly & professional. The purchase of my car in 2019 came with great warranty. Tire incentive etc. I loved the idea of having a free car wash/detail when getting my car serviced. However, the detail & car wash are terrible. The car wash is just basically a quick tire wash. Terrible terrible terrible car wash. I do not even expect a vacuum anymore.

My only complaint is that the price continues to increase. $75 for oil change and tire rotation is a bit outrageous. The only plus is they wash the car
