Extremely disappointed in the cost of a oil change and 2 filters. ($154.00} I have purchased several vehicles from here and probably won`t return.

It is always our intent to provide 5-Star quality service for each and every guest on each and every visit.  We shop other automotive service providers, including dealerships, regularly, to make sure our services are priced competively.  I contacted 2 dealerships to shop the services provided to you and found our prices were over $10 less than one and $18 less than the other.  I contacted an independent provider and found we were $10 less and, considering we use Hyundai original equipment parts, that says a lot about our pricing. 

Please note, in addition to any oil & filter change with a free multipoint inspection, you received a tire rotation, free brake inspection, an engine air filter and an air-conditioning cabin air filter. 

I hope this provides some explanation on our pricing and you can see the value of these services. 

It is our hope you will reconsider your rating and will rescore your survey.  We look forward to assisting you in the future.

I am an older lady who hates it when something goes wrong with my car, but when I know all I have to do is call Superior Hyundai, it makes it so much better. I always know they will be honest, fair, and will

Superior Hyundai-The personnel is outstanding
I've used Superior Hyundai ever since I bought my 2010 SantaFE! Everyone is very friendly, helpful and great at their job!
Making appointment to have car serviced is great..they work around your schedule. They also will contact/talk to you about whatever they find that may need to be done. Always on time and do a wonderful job! Everyone is so friendly!

There’s only one place to get great service.
I have vehicles by two other manufacturers, and I have tried their service departments respectively. Each time I take them their own vehicle, there is either a problem getting the parts or an outrageous cost associated with the repair. The only thing I’ve learned is great service is where you find it and that place for me is Superior Hyundai. The only way I take my vehicles elsewhere is that Superior’s service department tells me I have to. It is then that I prepare myself for disappointment or a inflated bill or quite possibly both. The Superior parts department and the service department are simply the best, but don’t take my word for it, see for yourself.
