Poor Professional Service Techs
Service tech was rude when I called for an update on my car. It had already been in the shop for three weeks with no updates. They didn't talk to me about it when I came to pick up my car. Told me just to pick up my key at the service desk. Communication among the techs is poor. Not relaying information about car onto other service techs.
I will be buy another car within the next year but not sure if I will by another Hyundai due to the service I received.

Made a mistake, but made things right.
I got my oil changed on my brand new 19 Elantra. After the service was complete I went back to work. After I got off work I found my car was now leaking oil. I took it back the next day and they fixed it at no charge. My service advisor was great, and he was very professional about the situation, however I don’t think I can trust Murdock to service my vehicle after this incident

They not only don't fix what they say they fixed but they create additional issues!
I got this second survey for Murdock Hyundai Service, I guess maybe because I had to take my car back more than once. Really, I'll just do this as an update to my previous review that I wrote titled, "Purchase your car from them but DO NOT service it there!" detailing every service I've had since I bought my car there nearly 10 months ago. Shawn the service manager responded to my previous review stating that he would get in touch with me and apologized for my experience but I haven't heard anything at all from him.

I also have since had my car looked at by Ken Garff Hyundai and they found that yes, my struts had been replaced during the service at Murdock but they didn't replace everything that the problem needed in order to solve it. They have ordered the new parts and hopefully this time they will be able to fix the problem that Murdock claimed they fixed.

And what a difference in service at Ken Garff! They actually DID wash my car for me and I didn't even have to sign anything stating that they washed it (like with Murdock, only to find that they didn't) They just washed it and they greeted me right away with a smile when I arrived and introduced me to the service agent that would help me and made sure I knew his name. He called me to follow up which was really nice. They also found that when Murdock had replaced the shocks they had pinched the tube or whatever it is that allowed my windshield wiper fluid to reach my windshield. Which explained why I didn't have a problem with my fluid before leaving it at Murdock and then suddenly did once I picked it up.

Ken Garff unpinched the tube and everything is working again. They also offered to get me a rental while they worked on my car which never happened at Murdock. Murdock said a rental was only possible under certain conditions and that they could get me an uber driver instead. (Ken Garff also advised that they could get me an uber driver which ever I preferred). In the end I don't know that I will even bring my car back to Murdock for my last prepaid oil change. I'd rather not risk anything else happening. It is upsetting that Murdock not only did the bare minimum to try and fix the problem with my new car but actually caused another problem that I had to take time out of my schedule to get fixed somewhere else.

Speedy warranty work
We had a warning light come of for our 2018 Sonata Hybrid. They sent a tow truck that took it to the dealership. It was fixed before day's end. Amazing!
