Great Service
The experience was great got to the facility was greeted by service tech he checked my car and was done in a jiffy. I sat down with an agent he explained and showed me what services was needed. I elected to do one of the other services along with the oil change I came in for. I really like the service that I received.

I was in and out the same day with an appointment. The service department made sure I could use a payment plan and helped me for almost an hour to set it up. I got a call promptly when my car service was finished and now my car is running better.

Service team is very courteous and friendly, most respectful of seniors. Service was thoroughly explained, never felt pressured to pay for anything that wasn’t needed. Service experience
Service advisor was outstanding and he helped me with all my service needs, I gave him a 5 stars. I was just disappointed to see no better sign in service still after years of suggestions. When I was there, there were 3 people there and more came after me and I had to track for myself that I am #4 in line. I didn’t really wanted to stay in the crowd but was afraid I would loose my turn. This issue can be simply solved if there is a sign in sheet inside and service rep can called out who is next based on sign in sheet. This is the main reason I didn’t give overall a 5 stars rating.

Puente Hills Hyundai is Outstanding!
Puente Hills Hyundai is conviently located for me. I have been going to Puente Hills Hyundai for many years and they have never let me down. They tell me what I need to have done to my car, they give me an estimate and there is no pressure on getting service. The service department gives me great advice on how to maintain a well-running vehicle. I have been driving Hyundai brand vehicles over thirty years and I have never had a problem. I bought my most recent vehicle from Puente Hills Hyundai and this has been an all-encompassing experience for me to be able to have my car serviced by the same facility where I bought it. Trustworthy, reliable and friendly. That's what Puente Hills Hyundai has been for me. When you visit the service department, ask for Tino -- he's outstanding!
