Incompetent Service
The motor locked up in my new Hyundai Palisade and it had to be towed in at my cost. Patterson didn't want to give me a rental even though I have VIP service. Took them 2 hours to get the tow truck to me, leaving me in the side of the road, another 2 hours to decide it needed a motor and another 2 hours to find a rental car that I had to go pick up. I was there all day waiting. My car is still sitting on their lot a month later, no service done.

I apologize for the poor communication on our part. We have been very busy and short handed so we are working to get caught up. Hopefully tomorrow March 1st we will have a response from Hyundai. The vehicle has been 24000 miles with only one oil change, we are working to get this covered by warranty.

Service sucks
I have been here over 3 hours to have my hood latch fixed because someone here broke it when I had my oil changed 3 weeks ago. Never was notified that the part was in I had to call and ask myself I made an appointment for 10 this morning and I was just told at 1:00 they haven't even started on it yet. I was told it would take a couple of hours, and now I've been here over 3 hours of my day for something you guys broke, Its not even my fault and I just get told sorry. Not acceptable not at all!
