HOURS prior to send these over to them. Sales did NOT know how to open files. I have pretty high patience but after 2 hours, I was livid. Had to wait over 2 hours. Waited FORVER for finance manager. I said from the BEGINNING my down payment will include my first month but lo & behold, they said it was not when it was time to sign AFTER WAITING TWO HOURS after dealing with insurance company to get insurances send my over & open files on MY OWN. No apologies. By then, I was so fed up I said whatever, just swipe my card so I can leave. Everyone walking by and just kept ignoring me even though I was visibly beyond frustrated. Sales was not familiar with car features. DIDNT even have carpeted floor mats, arent these STANDARD? Exterior has sticky dirty residue all over the place (I’m assuming from stickers). Seats were discombobulated.This is my 3rd lease from different companies & first time at Hyundai & the WORST experience I’ve ever had. I couldn’t even enjoy my car my first night driving. I just wanted to get home. I will not be leasing from Hyundai, or at least from this location again. 3 years cannot come fast enough.
I was promised to provide all weather Matt’s by salesman and then week later when I went to pick he said he cannot give eve though I told him at time of delivery that I am not taking in writing because I trusted him and even manger was not interested to resolve the issue
My experience at star Hyundai was so great .. everyone there was so helpful without being overbearing.. they made car shopping fun without all the stress.. star Hyundai worked with me to find the perfect car suitable for me and made it so pleasurable.. if you want a comfortable easy going stress free car shopping experience go to star Hyundai!
I recently went to trade in my old Kona, which I got from the same dealership, so I came back for the new Kona N line we didn’t strike a deal a first but I got a call a second time and got a magnificent deal on my Kona N line. So far I’ve been loving the car runs great and is fast!
Firstly, Andrew at the dealership is an excellent salesman and deserves more than 5 stars for his customer service. He was able to give me a good deal on my Hyundai Elantra 2021. My wife and I were in the middle of transitioning between states and buying a car that fit our budget but was also fully functional was important to us - the Hyundai Elantra 2021 was exactly that. Andrew was prompt, kind and accommodating to us and thoroughly explained everything, while also making the process of buying a car quick and easy. Customer service means a lot to us and Andrew was great at that. I'd definitely refer him to my friends and family who are looking to buy a car and most certainly would come back if I need to

Andrew the salesman and Simon the manager went above and beyond during our whole process. They made us feel comfortable and were so patient with us from the moment we stepped into the dealership to the moment we drove off the lot with our new car. The staff here are super attentive and very very friendly! Definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle from them.

Star Hyundai is a superb car dealership. The sales agent, manager even receptionist were all attentive and inviting. They made us feel comfortable and appreciated. They have set the standards very high and I wouldn’t expect anything less going forward.
When you go to this dealership ask for Philip Robinson ?. Philip was very helpful. He will make sure you get the vehicle ? you came to purchase. Philip wanted to make sure, I was happy and content with the vehicle I specifically wanted. But the best part of my purchase was that Philip went above and beyond to make sure I got the best DEAL!!!
