I had returned to Hyundai to fix exhaust pipe problem.
I am very happy with the people they have at Hyundai. Customer service to me is most important. I am grateful for the follow up they did to the problem at hand. They are open minded enough to allow non Hyundai parts to complete the job. They could of easily sent me else where. Thank you for a job well done!

Dan at Kelly Hyundai contacted me and discussed and resolved some of the issues I had.
Dan took the time and discussed the issue of the work that was done on my vehicle and resolved it. He was very polite and understood where I was coming from.
We also discussed the issue of masking and he explained that they follow CDC guidelines. I told him I still think they should be masked and they should require their customers to mask.

The people there are all nice & helpful. I like the fact that they showed me prices on things I may choose to do! However , I will never but A battery from them again as it was way too expensive !!! Lesson learned . I free car wash also would have been nice , as they did that before !!

Extended wait time due to “ problem in the shop”
Communication was extensive, text reminders of appointment more than needed. Gave small discount on bill due to extended wait time, which was appreciated. Professional and efficient. I did not appreciate the gentleman who appeared in the waiting room asking if I would like to “ upgrade”. We have purchased 4 Hyundai vehicles from this dealer and have always been satisfied with the cars,
