AC Condensate water came out of my vents. 2010 Camaro SS.
Kar Shop fixed my problem by lowering the transmission so they could access the AC drain tube. They
did a fine job and kept me informed about the fix. Great Job! Second time at the Kar Shop, I'll be back again.

My 2015 Honda Crosstour v6 needed a timing belt & water pump 100k mile replacement. I am an engineer
and my wife & I snowbird here in Apache Junction. I searched/googled the internet "near me" and Spectrum Auto Care in Gilbert caught my eye ... and I read several very positive reviews. I visited them and met Michael at the front desk ( Service Writer/Manager). He was professional, polite and very knowledgeable ...especially on some the minute details I brought up. BTW, the shop stalls were all busy!
They did the repair yesterday and it was perfect, including giving me the box of old parts to examine myself! Wow! They earned and deserve more than a 5-score. 100% first class in every way and I will recommend them to all my friends and relatives here in AZ.

My bolts were loose on my transmission mount. Which made my shifter bounce & wiggling. It was a quick
fix for them but WOW how quickly they moved thanks Randy & Kenny from the crazy Camaro Lady ?

I originally took my car to the shop associated with the extended warranty where I purchased my car.(
It is exclusive to only them I found out.)
My car had lost power on the 51 and I was lucky to "limp off" to a safe location. I had the car scanned and brought my car to the shop and gave them the paper with the codes . They did their diagnostic test and charged me $225 and said they couldn't find anything wrong. I was told I'd have to wait for the engine light to come back on and see what happens. I told them I felt like I should have better answers and didn't feel safe. They told me they did all they could.....
I made my next appointment with Autoplex and within a couple of hours I had answers....only needed new spark plugs!! What an easy fix!
They also found the codes the other shop swore were "wiped clean".
Once again they came through for me!
They replaced our transmission on our other car 5 months ago.
I highly recommend this team at Autoplex if you want honest and reliable service!
