Been there 3 times. All 3 times the staff assisted me right away. Everyone is very courteous! Last
time I took the car in, it was an unknown problem why my brakes locked up and I couldn't start the car. They inspected everything and found the problem. To me it was as if it was not the major issue I thought. They're very confident in knowing absolutely everything there is to know about fixing cars! That's awesome! Pricing is fair and no one has ever overcharged me. No one has ever been dishonest with me either. That is so hard to find at mechanic shops! Highly recommend!

My car was brought in for routine service. Lube, oil change & filter. Jeremie checked my car's servic
e record and reminded me that the brake fluid needed changing. I really appreciated that since I have no idea what my car needs to maintain it's great running condition. I thought the tires were due to be rotated, but Jeremie checked the tires and when they rotated last and said rotation wasn't needed this time. I like an honest mechanic. I will keep bringing my Lexus for service to the South Bay Toy Shop. I've saved a lot of money vs taking it to the dealership.
