Certainly not as expensive as dealership. So far all work has been good and lasted, no need to return

Took my car in for an oil change and also had the air and pollen filters changed at their suggestion.
One of my friends has been recommending them and I finally tried them out. I was very happy with the friendly voice on the phone and when I was at their shop. I would definitely recommend them.

Very accommodating. They go above and beyond what you would expect when it comes to figuring out prob
lems and meeting needs. Took truck into My Auto for oil change and after hearing the noise that I was going into dealership the next day for warranty diagnosis/repair, it was recommended that I wait for the oil change in case the dealership service dept might want to inspect or analyze the oil. That is an example of caring more about what is in best interest of customer and vehicle than making money on a scheduled service appt.

I took my car to three other mechanics, and they didn't want to work on my car. Accurate Auto took m
y problem seriously. They gave me an estimate for the work and said my car should be ready in two days. The next day they called me and said my car was ready for pickup. When I got there my car was waiting, and the cost was for the amount they estimated. All the staff members I met were pleasant and very helpful. I will take my car back to them if I need further repairs.
