honesty & great service
I was predisposed to like the service at A&A because I'd dealt with them before, AND because several friends of mine whose opinions I trusted gave them glowing reviews. They not only did the service I requested, but did an extra repair AT NO CHARGE which was necessary to make my SUV safe to drive. It's not an exaggeration to say that they may have saved my life, and perhaps other lives as well. In this age of businesses who are strictly out for a buck, and the hell with the customer, A&A Automotive is a breath of fresh air.
