Spoke with David's wife. She said she was very happy with her experience, other than a communication error. This business charged her $744 for the towing, and told her her insurance would only pay $144 of it, so she had to pay the difference of $600. When she called her insurance company, they told her her tow was covered. She does not know whether the communication error was the fault of this business, or her insurance company, but she will be sent a payment compensation to rectify the situation. The staff at this business was very kind and nice.

"Stranded!"
I have an Acura MDX which would not start after filling with gas. Problem was electronic, not mechanical. AAA could not get it started. Acura road assist contacted A1 to take the car all the way to Savanah. After talking with Robby about logistics he proposed a better solution and then Rob with the tow truck even came up with a way to get the car running. I drove the next 8 hours until our home dealership without turning off the engine. Robby and his team were courteous, professional, and put my interests- not theirs- first. I was impressed with every aspect of their business. Well done...and thank you!

Greg said this business was excellent. They made room to look at the vehicle, although they were very busy. His wife had been traveling out of state, and this business arranged service with him over the phone. They found time to install the engine mount, so she could get back home again.
