Steve said he picked up his vehicle on Monday and had to take work off to have it towed back in to this business the same day. Richard told him it had nothing to do with the transmission, even though the vehicle would not go into reverse. It turned out that they put in the wrong part. He lost another day of work by returning to pick the vehicle up. He said this was the worst experience of his life and he would never recommend them or return over the reasons already mentioned.
