Spoke with Amy. Amy said she was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because it was an electrical problem that did not get resolved. She asked to have the jacks worked on. They took pictures and they said it was a loose or broken wire. They charged her $350 for the repair. However, when she picked up the vehicle and took it home, she backed up the vehicle and hit the curb, which never happened before. Then, she noticed that the brackets were broken. When she confronted the business personnel, they said they were broken when she brought the vehicle in for repair and they got upset with her. However, they did not call her during the repair to tell her they were broken. So, she was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. They should have called and let her know the brackets were broken. They did not call. Also, she was not satisfied with the person that prepared the estimate. It was not done correctly. She was not satisfied with way she was treated by the personnel. They should have informed her. As a result of this visit, she will not recommend this facility to others.
