Spoke with Kathleen. She said the vehicle was two weeks late because the person who was going to do the work was not at the business. She said she had already received a rental vehicle and then she had to take it back and get it again 2 weeks later when the work could be started. She said Oscar mentioned he did not think the same trim went back on the vehicle that came off before the repair.
