Jose said the first time he went to this business to get the estimate he was told that it would only be 5 to 7 days to get his vehicle repaired. He called this business after the 7th day to ask about his vehicle and was told that it would be longer because of parts delay. He was not satisfied with this because he was renting a vehicle and the insurance company only paid for 80 percent of that. His vehicle was ready after 3 weeks. He stated that his vehicle looks really nice and like new but this business left his trunk a mess because the spare tire had been moved and not put back. He had to take his vehicle to the dealer because the headlight sensors were not functioning properly and could only be reset at the dealer. He chose this business because he saw an advertisement on KING5 about this business being the best in town.
